Terms of Service & Entitlement
Please review the entitlement rules governing the issuance, redemption, and fulfillment of SecureCDK digital activation keys.
1. Single-Use Invariant & Permanent Recipient Binding
Every SecureCDK activation key (CDK) contains 140 bits of cryptographically verified CSPRNG entropy and represents exactly one single digital entitlement. Upon successful email OTP verification and fulfillment initiation, the CDK is atomically and irrevocably bound to that specific recipient email address.
Under no circumstances can an activation key be reused, reset, or transferred to a secondary email address once redemption is executed.
2. Reservation Expiration & Session Lock
When a redemption process is initiated, the system reserves the activation key for up to 10 minutes to prevent simultaneous race conditions. If email verification is not completed within this window, the reservation expires and the key becomes eligible for reactivation by the authorized purchaser.
3. Fulfillment & Third-Party Service Limitations
Invitations to team workspaces (such as Canva Pro team spaces) are fulfilled automatically through our isolated provider pool. While we maintain 99.9% uptime, third-party provider maintenance or capacity throttles may occasionally introduce short delays. In such events, our system preserves the entitlement in a protected state and permits automated retries without risking key loss.
4. Revocation Policy
SecureCDK reserves the right to immediately revoke activation keys in instances of disputed payments, fraudulent chargebacks, automated exploitation, or violation of workspace fair use policies. Revoked keys cannot be redeemed or retried.
5. Contact & Disputes
For entitlement queries, missing invitations, or payment verification disputes, please submit a ticket through our Customer Support Portal.
